  • Microsuction is the safest and most effective method for earwax removal, used by ENT specialists. I use high-magnification surgical loupes to see exactly what I'm doing and a gentle suction device to precisely remove any wax.
The procedure is 'dry' (no water is used), making it very safe and comfortable. While you'll hear the suction, the procedure is considered completely painless by the vast majority of people.

  • A complete in-home appointment, which includes the initial friendly consultation, the video otoscope check, the procedure itself, and aftercare advice, typically takes around 30 minutes from start to finish.

  • Currently, only 15 years old and above.

  • It is highly recommended, but not essential, to use olive oil or softening drops in your ears for 2-3 days before your appointment. This helps to soften any hardened wax, which makes the removal process even quicker and more comfortable. However, if you forget, don't worry—I can still perform the procedure effectively.

  • My "No Wax? No Fee" promise is central to my service. If I perform a video otoscope examination and find no significant wax to remove, you will not be charged the $140 procedure fee. I will also provide advice on what may be causing your symptoms free of charge 😊
