You may be eligible for a rebate if your "Extras" cover includes Audiology. We provide a full invoice with our provider number post-appointment for you to claim directly with your fund.
Medicare Rebates
Currently, Medicare does not provide a rebate for ear wax removal when performed by an Audiologist. Our flat-rate pricing is designed to keep professional care accessible without hidden fees.
Payment & Policies
We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash on the day of your appointment. Furthermore, our "No Wax, No Fee" policy means if your ears are clear of wax, you won't be charged.
