• Clinical Imagery: We may capture images or video of your ear canal using a Video Otoscope or Waxscope for clinical records and GP reporting.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Clinical Care: To assess and treat your ear health.
• GP Reporting: To send "Green Flag" reports or referral letters to your General Practitioner regarding your treatment outcomes.
• Service Improvement: De-identified data may be used for internal auditing.
• Marketing (Optional): We will never use your clinical images for social media or marketing without your explicit, separate written consent.

4. Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using encrypted practice management software (e.g., Splose/Cliniko). We take all reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We only share information with:

• Your nominated General Practitioner (GP).
• Other healthcare specialists (e.g., ENT) via referral.
• Legal authorities if required by law.
