Ground floor, step-free entry. Room for a walking frame or wheelchair to turn.
There is no waiting room and no reception queue — appointments are spaced so you are seen at your time.
Five minutes from Gladstone Park Shopping Centre, ten from Tullamarine and Westmeadows.
Glenroy
840 Pascoe Vale Road, Glenroy VIC 3046A second clinic for patients on the Glenroy, Pascoe Vale and Coburg side, running Saturdays inside Glenroy Physio.
Glenroy runs one day a week. Weekday appointments are at Gladstone Park, which is a ten-minute drive.
Enter through the Glenroy Physio reception and let them know you are here for audiology.
The same equipment travels with the clinician — the microsuction, the video otoscope and the audiometer. Prices do not change.
Close to Glenroy station and the Pascoe Vale Road bus routes.
At your home
The full clinic set-up brought to you, including residential aged care. Useful when travel is difficult rather than merely inconvenient.
Portable microsuction, HD video otoscopy and medical loupes — the same procedure you would get in the clinic.
The home visit fee is flat across the coverage area. No per-kilometre charge and no call-out fee on top.
Give the facility name and room number when booking. Several residents can be seen in the same visit.
Just a chair with a firm back — we bring the power and lighting. A kitchen chair is usually perfect.
Which one should I book?
All three are the same clinician, the same equipment and the same fees — apart from home visits, which carry a single flat travel-inclusive rate.
You want the soonest appointment
Gladstone Park. It runs seven days, 9am–7:30pm, and usually has same-week availability.
Saturday is the only day that works
Glenroy, or Gladstone Park — both open Saturdays. Glenroy suits you if you are south of the Western Ring Road.
Travel is genuinely difficult
A home visit. Worth it for limited mobility, dementia, or a resident in aged care.
You are bringing an elderly parent
Gladstone Park — parking is at the door and there are no stairs or lifts between the car and the chair.
