Pricing & Payment
One transparent fee covers both ears, the full video otoscopy, and the microsuction procedure. Payment is taken after your appointment — and if we find no wax, you don’t pay a cent.
Card, Cash or Bank Transfer
All major credit & debit cards, tapped on our portable Square terminal — including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is also accepted as is bank transfer.
Medicare Rebates
Currently, Medicare does not provide a rebate for ear wax removal when performed by an Audiologist. Our flat-rate pricing is designed to keep professional care accessible without hidden fees.
Payment & Policies
We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash on the day of your appointment. Furthermore, our "No Wax, No Fee" policy means if your ears are clear of wax, you won't be charged.
Private health rebates
If you hold Private Health Insurance with ‘Extras’ cover, you may be eligible for a rebate depending on your fund. We provide an itemised receipt on the day so you can claim it back. Please note Medicare does not currently cover earwax removal.
