Payment
Flat fees, paid after your appointment
No hidden costs and nothing taken online. Every fee covers both ears and the before-and-after video check.

All major cards on our portable terminal, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash and bank transfer are also accepted.
Private health rebates
With Extras cover you may be able to claim a rebate, depending on your fund. You get an itemised receipt on the day.
Medicare
Medicare doesn’t currently rebate ear wax removal by an audiologist — our flat fees keep it affordable instead.
No wax, no fee
If the examination finds no wax that needs removing, you aren’t charged for the visit.
Before you book
Booking questions
You aren’t charged. Your ears are examined first, and if there’s nothing to remove we’ll tell you what we can see and what to do next.
Ear wax removal is $115 for both ears in clinic, or $170 for a home visit with travel included. A hearing test is $125, or $180 at home. Custom ear plugs start at $115 a pair. There are no extra fees.
Should I prepare beforehand?
For ear wax removal, medicinal olive oil drops for two or three days can soften the wax and shorten the appointment. Helpful, not essential. Skip the drops if you have, or might have, a perforated eardrum or an ear infection.
