We operate on a 'No Wax, No Fee' basis for the procedure itself, though a small call-out fee may apply.

Payment is simple and handled on-site after your procedure is complete. We accept card, cash or transfer. You can also pre-pay if the appointment is for someone else.
Of course! We make it simple to get them the care they need, whether they're at home or in an aged care facility. We can also handle payment securely with you over the phone or via an online link, so you don't even need to be present for the appointment.
We are a private billing clinic, so we cannot bulk bill to Medicare. However, we are a fully accredited Audiology clinic, so if you have 'Extras' cover with your Private Health Insurance, you can claim a rebate using our receipt.
All procedures are performed by a Master’s Qualified Clinical Audiologist (University trained), not a nurse or technician. This ensures we can medically check the health of your ear drum and canal, not just remove the wax.
Not at all. We bring everything we need, including our own power supply and lighting. We just need a regular chair for you to sit on. We are respectful guests and will always take our shoes off before entering!
