A calm, unhurried visit with the same audiologist from start to finish. We look first, explain what we see on the screen, and only treat what needs treating — no wax, no fee.

Free parking right outside, step-free entry, and appointments spaced so you’re seen at your time.
Home visit

Choose a time and give us the address — anywhere across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, including aged care.
2. We come to you
The same equipment, set up at home. All we need is a chair with a firm back. Travel is included in the fee.

Hospital-grade equipment, sterile single-use tips, and HD video so you see your ears before and after.

Look first
HD video otoscopy of both ears — you see what we see on the screen.

Remove the wax
Low-pressure, water-free microsuction under medical magnification. Gentle, and usually painless.

Check the result
A second video check confirms the canal is clear. Most people notice the difference straight away.
